Refunds & Returns

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Regrettably no refunds can be done, but we will happily exchange your product, should you be unhappy with the quality, and are able to provide evidence.  Any product damaged by the courier will be replaced by us at no charge.  Please notify us immediately should you receive a damaged parcel.
