  • Outlying Areas: Regions in South Africa that are considered remote or less accessible by standard courier services.
  • PUDO: Pickup and Drop-off service, a courier service used for shipping.
  • PEP-to-PEP: A courier service that uses PEP stores as pickup and drop-off points.

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Obligated Shipping Methods:

  • For any products ordered from outlying areas in South Africa, Moringa Premium is obligated to use either PUDO or PEP-to-PEP for shipping purposes.

3.2 Order Processing:

  • Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.

3.3 Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees for orders to outlying areas will be calculated based on the selected shipping method (PUDO or PEP-to-PEP) and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional customs or import duties that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

3.4 Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times for outlying areas will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the specific location.
  • Moringa Premium is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information:

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order. Moringa Premium is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4.2 Package Pickup:

  • Customers using PUDO or PEP-to-PEP services are responsible for picking up their packages from the designated locations within the timeframe specified by the courier service.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy:

  • Products shipped to outlying areas can be returned within 5 Days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake by Moringa Premium.

5.2 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 Days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Amendments

Moringa Premium reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
