Amaranth Gold Harvest Porridge

Hand grown Yellow or White Maize with a blend of Amaranth & Poppy Seeds

A powerhouse porridge made using Wild Transkei grown seeds. Nourishes the heart, improves gut health & digestion, and tonifies the kidneys. Highly nutritious.

How to prepare: Prepare as Polenta / braai pap / krummel pap / soft creamy porridge.

Simmer 1 part to 3 parts water on medium heat for 20min.

Stir occasionally. Add a pinch of salt and enjoy.
